Aladdin Platform Subscription Terms
Terms & Conditions1. Service Overview
AladdinB2B Inc. provides a digital business matchmaking platform designed to help organizations discover relevant companies and connect with decision-makers through structured business networking tools. The platform enables users to:- Discover relevant companies and organizations • Define their Ideal Target Profile (ITP) • Request and schedule business meetings • Share professional profiles, products, and services • Connect with potential partners, buyers, and investors
2. Platform Access
A platform subscription grants users access to the AladdinB2B Inc. software platform, including search tools, company discovery features, business intelligence infrastructure, and meeting coordination tools. Platform features may in clude:- AladdinB2B Inc. Smart Match Engine • Company search and filtering tools • Ideal Target Profile configuration • Meeting request functionality • Calendar and meeting scheduling tools • Product and service listings • Communication and notification tools
3. Platform Credit System
Subscription plans include a defined number of platform credits allocated annually. Credits represent platform usage capacity and are consumed when users perform specific actions within the platform. Examples of actions that may consume credits include:- Sending meeting requests • Unlocking contact information following mutual interest or meeting acceptance • Publishing products or services • Creating additional Ideal Target Profiles • Adding additional users to the account
4. Contact Visibility and Mutual Interest
Contact information on the platform is not publicly accessible. Contact details become visible only when both parties demonstrate mutual interest in connecting. This may occur through:- Acceptance of a meeting request • A mutual match between two organizations
5. Platform Usage Outcomes
AladdinB2B Inc. does not guarantee a fixed number of meetings, connections, partnerships, or business results. Platform outcomes depend on several factors outside the control of AladdinB2B Inc., including but not limited to:- the user’s targeting criteria and Ideal Target Profile • availability of relevant organizations in the market • the competitiveness and attractiveness of the user’s offering • responsiveness of other platform participants • industry and geographic market dynamics
6. Credit Validity and Renewal
Platform credits are valid for the duration of the active subscription term. Standard subscription conditions include:- Minimum 12-month subscription commitment • Credits remain valid during the active subscription period
- renewal must occur before the current contract expires • the renewed subscription must maintain an equal or higher plan level • carried credits must be used during the renewed subscription period and will not roll over again beyond that period
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform in a professional and responsible manner. Users are responsible for:- providing accurate company and contact information • defining realistic and relevant Ideal Target Profiles • communicating professionally with other platform participants • attending meetings they confirm through the platform
8. Acceptable Use and Anti-Scraping Policy
Users agree not to extract, harvest, scrape, copy, or systematically collect contact information, company data, or other information from the platform for the purpose of building external databases, marketing lists, or competing services. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to access or collect platform data is strictly prohibited. AladdinB2B Inc.B2B Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in data harvesting, scraping, or misuse of platform information.9. Anti-Spam and Professional Conduct
The platform must be used solely for legitimate business networking and partnership exploration. The following activities are prohibited:- sending unsolicited bulk messages • repeatedly contacting users who have declined meeting requests • misrepresenting company information or business intent • using the platform for unrelated advertising or promotional campaigns
10. Platform Role
AladdinB2B Inc. provides the digital infrastructure that enables organizations to discover potential partners and coordinate meetings. AladdinB2B Inc. does not participate in negotiations, commercial discussions, or transaction execution between users. All commercial agreements, negotiations, and transactions remain solely the responsibility of the participating organizations.11. Confidentiality
Information shared through the platform, including company profiles, contact information, and meeting communications, must be treated as confidential and used solely for legitimate business purposes. Users agree not to redistribute or misuse contact information obtained through the platform.12. Commitment and Termination
Platform subscriptions require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. Termination before the end of the agreed term does not entitle the client to any refund for unused credits, platform access, or subscription capacity already allocated.13. Service Objective
The objective of the platform is to support business development through structured networking and deal-making opportunities. AladdinB2B Inc. provides digital infrastructure designed to help organizations discover and connect with relevant partners. However, commercial results, sales outcomes, or transactions are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside the control of AladdinB2B Inc., including market demand, the user’s offering, pricing, and the negotiation and sales process between the parties.14. Acceptance
By subscribing to or using the platform, the client confirms that they understand and accept:- the platform credit usage model • the absence of guaranteed meeting quantities or outcomes • the credit validity and renewal terms • the subscription commitment structure
