Annual Managed Meeting Services Terms
Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
Aladdin provides a Managed Meeting Services program designed to help organizations connect with qualified decision-makers through structured business matchmaking and outreach.
The service combines:
• Access to the Aladdin platform and database
• Market research and target profiling
• Outreach campaigns
• Meeting coordination with qualified prospects
The goal of the service is to facilitate high-quality business meetings that may lead to commercial opportunities, partnerships, or transactions.
2. Platform & Managed Services Structure
The Aladdin offering consists of two distinct components:
- Platform Subscription
Access to the Aladdin software platform (Meeting Hub), search tools, and business intelligence infrastructure. - Managed Meeting Services
Execution services provided by the Aladdin team, including target identification, call, email and whatsapp outreach, qualification, and meeting coordination.
Managed Meeting Services are delivered through a capacity-based model using Meeting Credits.
3. Meeting Credits System
Each Managed Services plan includes a defined number of Meeting Credits allocated annually.
Meeting Credits represent the operational capacity and resources allocated by the Aladdin team to research, contact, qualify, and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
Credits are consumed based on the difficulty level of securing each meeting.
Difficulty may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Target type
• Seniority of the target contact
• Size of the available market in the selected geography
• Geographic accessibility and market dynamics
• Complexity of the product or service being offered
Because of these factors, different meetings may consume different amounts of credits.
Meetings are considered qualified when the contacted organization matches the client’s Ideal Target Profile (ITP) and confirms willingness to participate in the meeting.
4. Focus on Qualified Meetings
Aladdin does not guarantee a fixed number of meetings.
The outcome of outreach efforts depends on several factors, including market availability, client targeting criteria, attractiveness of the offer, response rates from potential partners, and the difficulty of reaching the requested profiles.
For this reason, Aladdin prioritizes quality over quantity.
Our objective is to connect clients with relevant decision-makers who match the Ideal Target Profile (ITP) and have a genuine interest in exploring potential collaboration.
In many cases, a small number of highly qualified meetings can generate significantly more value than a large number of unqualified conversations.
5. Meeting Qualification. What is a Qualified Meeting:
For a meeting to be considered successfully qualified, the following criteria must be met:
- The contact matches the client’s Ideal Target Profile (ITP).
- The prospect confirms interest and willingness to attend the meeting.
- Both parties receive meeting details in advance.
If the prospect cancels a meeting, Aladdin will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or replace the meeting where possible at no additional cost. If the client cancels or fails to attend the meeting (no-show), the meeting will be counted as completed.
6. Credit Validity and Renewal
Credits are valid according to the selected plan.
• Minimum 12-month commitment
• Credits remain valid for the duration of the annual term
• Priority execution within Aladdin’s scheduling queue
Meeting Credits are allocated according to the selected service plan and are valid during the active contract period.
Unused credits automatically roll over into the next contract term when the client renews the service agreement before the expiration of the current term. Remaining credits will be carried forward into the renewed contract period, subject to the following conditions.
- The renewal must be completed before the current contract expires.
• The renewed contract must maintain an equal or higher service capacity level.
• Carried credits must be used within the renewed contract period and will not roll over again beyond that period.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of the program, the client agrees to:
- Provide clear targeting criteria and Ideal Target Profile
• Provide accurate information about their products or services
• Participate in onboarding and strategy sessions
• Respond to meeting confirmations in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled meetings professionally
Delays in approvals, targeting information, or confirmations may affect outreach timelines.
8. Outreach & Representation
Aladdin conducts outreach on behalf of the client using professional communication and best practices.
While Aladdin strives to present the client’s offering accurately and professionally, final commercial negotiations remain the responsibility of the client.
Aladdin facilitates meetings but does not participate in deal negotiations or closing transactions.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, business strategies, and target profiles shared during the program are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the Managed Meeting Services.
10. Commitment & Termination
The program requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
Annual Plan:
Twelve-month commitment.
Termination before the end of the agreed term does not entitle the client to any refund for unused Meeting Credits, platform access, or service capacity already allocated.
11. Service Objective
The objective of the program is to accelerate business development through structured deal-making opportunities.
Aladdin provides the infrastructure, outreach execution, and meeting coordination designed to maximize business opportunities. However, commercial results, sales outcomes, or transactions are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside the control of Aladdin, including market demand, the client’s offering, pricing, and the client’s negotiation and sales process.
12. Acceptance
By signing this proposal or agreement, the client confirms that they understand and accept:
- the Meeting Credit execution model
• the absence of guaranteed meeting quantities
• the credit validity terms
• the commitment structure associated with the selected plan
