Appointment Setter

We are looking for someone who fits the startup culture, we are backed by a strong C-level team working together remotely from all around the world. We are a young, happy, and motivated masterminds team working together remotely from all around the world. The appointment setter agent shall form a mastermind alliance with the senior appointment setter and later the project manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls, and make outbound calls to set up qualify & set up B2B Appointments using our call center 
  • Monitor leads from the chatbot 
  • Understand and follow the sales process, using the company CRM (training will be provided)
  • Lead Generation and lead qualifications 
  • Correspond with clients through email 
  • Communicate internally using Slack (we do not communicate via email internally) 
  • Monitor inbound leads from the chat bot and the website forms 
  • Calling potential clients and qualifying them 
  • Take calls/meet with clients face to face and draft proposals 
  • Organizing the days of the exhibitions, events, networking events etc. 
  • Using Hubspot CRM to track all leads, use Google apps to manage work, and Time Doctor to track time. 
  • Reporting on a weekly and monthly bases 
  • Achieve Sales Targets
