B2B Appointment Setter – Arabic Speakers

AladdinB2B is looking for Appointment Setter – Arabic: 
We are looking for someone who fits with our Operations Teams’ startups culture – we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The candidate shall form a mastermind alliance with our Operations Manager and Chief Executive Officer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • An appointment setter who is fluent in Arabic who will be responsible for placing Outbound Calls after receiving lists of potential clients from the sales and lead generation team using these calls to determine the overall interest of prospective Arabic-speaking clients and eliminate clients who aren’t interested.
  • Email Clients: Appointment setters may also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.
  • Keeping accurate records of each conversation with prospective clients.
  • They also indicate in these records whether the person is interested or not.


Other Responsibilities:

Sales Skills – Since appointment setters are often the first point of contact between a client and a company, they have basic knowledge of sales principles. They also know how to garner interest in the product or service that the company is selling

Customer Service Experience – Appointment setters have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. However, any kind of retail customer service is usually helpful for this position

Data Entry Skills – Successful appointment setters are skilled data entry employees who can type at fast speeds with high accuracy


Interpersonal Communication Skills – These professionals talk to clients all day through both phone calls and emails. As such, they are excellent with interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written forms

Key Skills and characteristics:

  • Bachelor degrees in Business and/or  Computer Engineering degrees are the best.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same field, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Arabic to effectively communicate with clients. Excellent communication in Formal Arabic and in English.
  • Time management and organization skills 
  • Telephone communication + lead qualification & generation skills
  • Computer and software skills, Google apps skills, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms and Google Tasks, Sales CRM ideally Hubspot, Slack, Clickups / similar project management tools. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and Follow up
  • Using Chat GTP
  • Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month
