Lead Generation Specialist – Data Enrichment

Responsibilities:
> Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
> Collect and analyze data to enrich lead profiles with accurate and relevant information.
> Verify and update contact details, company information, and other key data points to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
> Utilize data enrichment tools and techniques to enhance lead quality and improve targeting strategies.
> Regularly audit and clean existing data to maintain its integrity and reliability.
> Enhance lead segmentation by categorizing and tagging enriched data based on various attributes.
> Conduct A/B testing on enriched lead data to identify the most effective targeting criteria.
> Continuously assess and refine data enrichment processes to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
> Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data enrichment tools and systems seamlessly into existing infrastructure.
> Monitor and track lead generation metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
> Continuously assess and refine data enrichment processes to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
> Provide training and guidance to team members on data enrichment techniques and best practices.
> Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data enrichment and lead generation.

Job Specification:

> Bachelor degrees in any courses, a Business and/or Engineering degrees is an advantage.
> Proven 3+ years of experience in lead generation, data enrichment, or a similar role.
> Proficiency in using data enrichment tools and CRM software.
> Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
> Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
> Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy.
> Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
> Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations is a plus.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
> Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
> Using AI Integration
> Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month

*Excellent communication in English.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
*Strategic mindset to anticipate and address operational challenges.

*Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
*Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
