AladdinB2B is looking for Project Manager – Enterprise : 
We are looking for someone who fits with our Operations Team’s startups culture – we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The candidate shall form a mastermind alliance with our Operations Manager and Chief Executive Officer.

📣 Responsibilities: 📢

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of B2B appointment setters for Enterprise Clients, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets.
Goal Setting: Establish clear and achievable performance targets for the appointment setting team, aligned with the company’s sales and revenue goals.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies, which may involve script development, target audience identification, and lead generation techniques.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Enterprise Clients appointment setters, using key metrics and analytics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
✅Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, helping them improve their skills in lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment scheduling for Enterprise Clients.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing departments.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting operation.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all appointments scheduled meet quality standards and are well-qualified to improve the sales team’s efficiency.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align goals and strategies.
Technology Utilization: Utilize CRM and other sales and marketing tools to streamline processes and manage leads effectively.
Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for the B2B team, optimizing expenses and resources.
Lead Generation Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine lead generation efforts.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional and positive interactions with potential clients, representing the company in a positive light.
Compliance: Ensure that the team follows all relevant regulations and industry best practices in Operation team.
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, offering constructive feedback and recognizing high achievers.
Problem Resolution: Address any challenges or issues that arise within the appointment setting team promptly and effectively.

📝Job Specification:

✔Bachelor’s degree is fine but with Post-graduate degree is a plus
✔Proven 4+ experience in the same field, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment.
✔Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
✔Using AI Integration
✔Gulf Experience is a plus
✔Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month 


📝 Key Skills and characteristics:

✔Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
✔Excellent communication in English. Arabic language is a plus.
✔Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
✔Strategic mindset to anticipate and address operational challenges.
✔Expertise in utilizing project management software, especially ClickUp. Computer & software skills, Google Apps skills including Google calendar, Google docs, Google email, Google drive, Google forms and Google tasks.  
✔Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring operation team members.
✔Ability to convey complex concepts to enterprise clients.
✔Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
✔Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
