AladdinB2B is looking for Sales Account Manager : 

We are looking for someone who fits with our Sales and Marketing Team’s startups culture – we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The candidate shall form a mastermind alliance with our Chief Executive Officer.


Responsibilities:

> Handling Outbound Sales 50% of the job, responsible to run outbound campaigns (Email and Calls), follow the sales process to achieve sales targets focusing on the US , KSA & GCC market. A target to achieve USD 1,000,000 in sales per year.
>Handling inbound sales 10% of the job, you will be given some inbound leads from the company to help you achieve your sales target. Different markets. 

Other Responsibilities 
Other Tasks 40% of your time: 

* Managing a sales/telesales team of up to 5 people (monitor their attendance on time doctor and their performance using our HR performance system) and coordinate with HR. 
*Draft content for the company and participate in Aladdin branding and web presence. 
*Help the CEO with the monthly reportOKRs Champion, ensure all company OKRs are submitted on time.
*Develop, manage and report the  Sales Department OKRs on weekly and monthly bases. 
*Customer Success for projects.
*By making sure what we promised to the clients was delivered.
*Handling inbound & outbound calls. 
*Monitor leads from the chatbot.
*Establishing good rapport with clients.
*Preparing reports on accounts and transactions.
*Understand and follow the sales process, using the company CRM (training will be provided)
*Communicate internally using Slack (we do not communicate via email internally)
*Meet with clients face to face if applicable and draft proposals. 
*Participate in execution of large events, including calling for invitation and appointment setting, as well as travel for on ground support if required.

Job Specification:

** Bachelor degrees in Business and/or Engineering degrees are the best.
**Proven 7+ experience in the same field, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment in KSA or the broader GCC.
**Proven track record of achieving similar sales targets.
**Must present evidence of orders previously closed (names and confidential information can be obscured), or a letter from a previous employer confirming sales achievements.
**A valid visa and car.
**Preferably holding a European passport or a passport that allows visa-free travel, although this is not mandatory.
**A KSA Local National
**Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
**Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
**Using AI IntegrationGulf Experience is a plus
**Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month 

Key Skills and characteristics:

**Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
**Excellent communication in English. Arabic language is a must.
**Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
**Strategic mindset to anticipate and address operational challenges.
**Expertise in utilizing project management software, especially ClickUp.
**Computer & software skills, Google Apps skills including Google calendar, Google docs, Google email, Google drive, Google forms and Google tasks. 
**Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring operation team members.
**Ability to convey complex concepts to enterprise clients.
**Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
**Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
