B2B Appointment Setter – Arabic Speakers

Main Responsibilities:


An appointment setter who is fluent in Arabic who will be responsible for placing Outbound Calls after receiving lists of potential clients from the sales and lead generation team using these calls to determine the overall interest of prospective Arabic-speaking clients and eliminate clients who aren’t interested.


Email Clients: Appointment setters may also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.

Keeping accurate records of each conversation with prospective clients.
They also indicate in these records whether the person is interested or not.


Other Responsibilities:

Sales Skills – Since appointment setters are often the first point of contact between a client and a company, they have basic knowledge of sales principles. They also know how to garner interest in the product or service that the company is selling

Customer Service Experience – Appointment setters have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. However, any kind of retail customer service is usually helpful for this position

Data Entry Skills – Successful appointment setters are skilled data entry employees who can type at fast speeds with high accuracy


Interpersonal Communication Skills – These professionals talk to clients all day through both phone calls and emails. As such, they are excellent with interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written forms

We are looking for someone who fits the startups culture – we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The B2B Quality Assurance Manager shall form a mastermind alliance with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Calls Listening: Regularly review and assess calls between our team and clients to ensure the quality of interactions and the adherence to established standards. Using our existing Metrics and KPI
  • Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee the quality assurance strategy for Aladdin B2B, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Overviewing three branches of the operation’s department such as Trade show-Enterprise & Government.
  • Checking Shareable Lists: Collaborate with the Head of Lead Generation Department to check and verify shareable lists for accuracy and relevance to client requirements.
  • Checking Deliverables: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the quality standards and specifications outlined in client agreements. Using our Calculator.
  • Monitoring Agreements: Maintain a close watch on the signed agreement targets between clients and Aladdin B2B, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Checking Lead Quality: Thoroughly evaluate the quality of leads generated by our team, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Also evaluating the quality of leads generated by each agent. 
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a system for tracking and reporting on quality assurance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality objectives.

  • Monitoring the Time Doctor system closely. Responsible for the payroll, and the company time tracking system to track the employees daily working hours, based on our time tracking system we pay the employees monthly.
  • Responsible for delivering on time the monthly and quarterly financial reports for Investors & shareholders reporting.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s monthly budget, cash flow analysis and forecasting and make sure the actual monthly expenditure match
  • Maintain company books using Quick Book Online, Documentation of Expense

  • Document all accounting policies & procedures
  • Expense tracking, and engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company

Job Specification:
